This can build off of your rewards program. When loyal customers purchase from your store on Black Friday, also give them a coupon or reward they can redeem in the future. This will incentivize them to come back to your business at a later date.
Make Sure Your Online Ads Are Up and Running
This includes any social media posts you had planned. In the days leading up to Black Friday and the weekend, new and loyal customers will be watching for different sales. So, you’ll want to make sure all areas of your digital marketing plan are up and running!
