Messangi terminates SMS traffic in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama through established local partners in each market. Short codes are requested through each country’s telecommunications regulator, so sender registration complies with local rules rather than running over unregistered international routes.
